Health Board to Hear Sales-to-Minor Cases for Two Businesses Tonight
The Board of Health meets at 6 p.m. tonight in the Waterfield Room at Town Hall's lower level to hold two hearings on violations of its tobacco regulation for sales to a minor, involving Liquor Junction and Town Pantry. The board is set to vote on product suspension dates before closing the hearings and resuming its regular meeting. Also on the agenda: final draft edits to the board's "Keeping of Animals" regulation, the health director's update, follow-up on a memorandum to the Select Board about one-day alcohol permits, and ways to support a Sept. 30 candlelight vigil.
