Longtime Representative Edward 'Ned' Dever passes away at age 90

Former state Rep. Edward J. "Ned" Dever Jr. died Aug. 27 at age 90, according to an obituary published Aug. 29. Services are announced at St. Eulalia Church, with a visitation scheduled for Sept. 3 from 5 to 7 p.m. Arrangements are being handled by Brown & Hickey Funeral Home on Trapelo Road in Belmont.
