Bates Pumpkin Fair returns Saturday

The Bates Elementary School PTO's annual Pumpkin Fair runs Saturday, Oct. 3, from noon to 4 p.m. at Bates Elementary, 16 Elmwood Road. The fair features games, rides, inflatables, haunted houses, balloon art, treats, dancing and karate. Organizers call it a beloved tradition and a vital PTO fundraiser, and they are counting on families to volunteer.
