Nor'easter Brings Flood and Wind Advisories to Wellesley
A coastal nor'easter brings flood and wind advisories to Wellesley, with a National Weather Service wind advisory running through 8 a.m. Sunday and gusts up to 43 mph. The town warns that extended rain may flood low-lying areas and asks residents to secure loose objects and clear debris from neighborhood storm drains. DPW Watch staff are available 24/7 at 781-235-7600 ext. 3322 for downed trees, flooding, water or sewer issues, and power outages. For downed power lines, call 9-1-1 and assume the line is live, and watch the @WellesleyPolice X account for storm updates.
