Car crashes into Wellesley house near Route 9 and Weston Road

Police say a car crashed into a house near the intersection of Route 9 and Weston Road at 12:07 p.m. on Sept. 17, and one victim was taken to Newton-Wellesley Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A tech rescue team was evaluating potential structural damage to the house before the car could be removed, with the scene still active as of 2:45 p.m. Units from Canton and Franklin provided mutual support; further details aren't yet available.
