Historical Commission Reviews Four Demolition Delay Waivers

The Wellesley Historical Commission meets remotely at 7 p.m. tonight to take up demolition delay waiver requests for 34 Sheridan Road, 22 Standish Road, 62 Pine Plain Road, and 53 Hunnewell Street. Three of those addresses — 34 Sheridan, 22 Standish, and 62 Pine Plain — were found "preferably preserved" at the commission's August 10 meeting. The agenda also includes a preservation determination for 17 Monadnock Road; residents who wish to speak should review the commission's public comment policy.
