Wayland gets $495,000 grant for wastewater planning

Wayland received a $495,000 MassWorks grant on Oct. 1 for wastewater design and engineering in the MBTA Communities district and Town Center. The planning is intended to support about 106 new homes, including affordable housing, as well as commercial development.
