Community Gardens moves 15th anniversary celebration to Oct. 4

Watertown Community Gardens has moved its Life-Friendly Garden Tour and 15th Birthday Bash from today to Sunday, Oct. 4, because of the storm forecast. The free, self-guided garden tour runs from 12 to 3 p.m., and registered attendees receive a map of gardens that support pollinators, birds and other wildlife without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. The Birthday Bash follows from 4 to 6 p.m. at Arsenal Park, Pavilion B, with a suggested $25 donation as a fundraiser for the group.
