Man Arraigned on Manslaughter Charge in Fatal Assault

Timothy Scalisi, 31, was arraigned in Middlesex Superior Court after a grand jury indicted him on a manslaughter charge in connection with the May 27 fatal assault of Nicholas Dagostino at Woodside’s Service Station on Weston Street. Bail was set at $10,000, and a court date was scheduled for November 10. Dagostino died two days after the altercation.
