Nahant Street Yard Waste Site Adds Sunday Drop-Off Day After Nor'easter

The Nahant Street Yard Waste site will open Sunday, Oct. 4, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. so residents can clear branches and leaves left by last weekend's nor'easter. No permit is needed, but proof of residency is required. Debris brought in plastic bags must be emptied on site and the bags taken away, and commercial vehicles, trucks over one-half ton and landscaping companies are not permitted.
