Plans change for former Mike's Gym site
Several years ago, the Zoning Board of Appeals issued permits for a 106-unit residential rental complex at 10 Broadway, the former Mike's Gym and MG Fitness site. The Wakefield Daily Item reports that those permits went unused and the plans for the site have now changed. The delay had prompted questions from residents.
