DPW Announces Paving and Water Main Work on Main and Local Streets

Crews resume water main work on Main Street from Salem Street to Lowell Street starting Monday, with on-street parking restricted from Lowell Street to Walden Road between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. and a detour in place for southbound traffic. The project covers water main replacement, service connection updates, new gates and hydrants, and roadway patching and cleanup. Separately, roadway milling ahead of paving is scheduled on Bartley Street, Nelly Street, and Fox Road beginning Monday; the town asks drivers to allow extra time through the area.
