Ebi Sushi and Tsurumen Partner to Open New Restaurant in Union Square

Ebi Sushi, still serving at 290 Somerville Ave., is relocating to the 10 Prospect St. development, where construction fencing is coming down in pieces. Its owners will also partner with the founder of Tsurumen to open a ramen restaurant, Dashizen, at the same address later this year. Both openings are part of a shift in the city's dining center of gravity eastward toward the Boynton Yards and Assembly corridors.
