'Feet Keep the Beat' Dance Showcase Returns to the Armory

Arts at the Armory premieres ROOTS & WINGS: The Next Generation tonight at 191 Highland Ave., with doors at 7 p.m. and dancing at 8 p.m. The commissioned work brings together six percussive dancers and five musicians spanning Kathak, West African dance, Step, Tap and Flamenco, now in the festival's fourth year. Several performers share the stage with their children or students, along with special youth guest artists.
