Somerville Chef Quang Tran Wins National Seafood Cook-Off

Chef Quang Tran of Somerville's Cocolee, part of the Happy You're Here Hospitality Group, was crowned King of American Seafood on Saturday, July 25, at the 22nd Annual Great American Seafood Cook-Off in New Orleans. Tran won the national competition with a New England lobster dish at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
