Swampscott Recreation Participation Up 43% in Director's First Year
Recreation Director Charlotte Daher de Garcia told the Select Board that participation in town recreation programs rose 43% in fiscal year 2026, from 2,909 to 4,159 participants, while revenue rose 28% to $561,389.
