Swampscott Sets Bid Opening for Seawall Repairs

The Town of Swampscott will open bids on its Seawall Repairs Project Thursday, Sept. 24, at 2 p.m., according to the solicitation posted by the Department of Public Works. The work involves repair of the seawall through construction of a shotcrete overlay and associated concrete work. Bid documents are available at www.swampscottma.gov/bids.aspx, and questions go to the town's purchasing department at 22 Monument Ave.
