Virginia McMahon funeral Mass set for Monday in Stoneham

A funeral Mass for Virginia L. McMahon is set for 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., followed by burial at St. Patrick's Cemetery. McMahon, 90, of Reading, died Tuesday, Sept. 15. A graduate of St. Vincent's School of Nursing and Boston College, she worked as a nurse at Mass General, Beth Israel and New England Memorial before finishing her career as a visiting nurse with Easter Seals VNA, and she and her husband, James, raised four daughters.
