SoWa First Friday opens South End galleries and studios tonight

The artists, galleries, shops and showrooms of the SoWa Art + Design District open to the public from 5 to 9 p.m. tonight at 450 Harrison Ave. Visitors can meet artists in their studios, view the latest gallery exhibitions, shop small and dine at SoWa's restaurants. The evening is free and family-friendly, and parking is available.
