Nor'easter Brings High Winds and Flooding to Greater Boston
A rare September nor'easter battered Greater Boston on Saturday with wind gusts of 40 to 60 mph, coastal flooding on roads like Morrissey Boulevard, and more than 9,000 Massachusetts customers without power by Saturday evening. Rain is expected to continue into Sunday with the potential for isolated flash flooding, and wind gusts could still reach 50 mph.
