Hearing Set for 110-Unit Senior Affordable Housing on McGreevey Way

The Boston Planning Department will hold a virtual public meeting Tuesday, September 15, at 6 p.m. on WinnDevelopment's proposed Ward Street Senior Housing at 69 McGreevey Way in Mission Hill. The project, a joint venture with the Mission Main Tenant Task Force, would build 110 units of 100% deeply affordable housing for residents 62 and older, with roughly 77 one-bedrooms and 33 two-bedrooms and rents capped at 30% of household income. The meeting includes a developer presentation followed by public questions and comments; advance registration is required at bosplans.org.
