Nor'easter Prompts Storm Warning, Library Closure in Scituate

Scituate Emergency Management expects 4-6 inches of rain and gusts up to 60 mph through Monday, with minor coastal flooding highly likely across several high tide cycles. National Grid and Eversource have designated this a Level 4 Response, meaning restoration of any outages could take 24-48 hours after the winds subside. Scituate Schools parking lots are open to vehicles from flood-prone areas, the Town Library is closed Saturday, and down wires should be reported to Public Safety Dispatch at 781-545-1212.
