Town crews and boat owners prepare for weekend nor'easter

Ahead of an early-season nor'easter, Town Administrator Jim Boudreau said public works crews are clearing catch basins, installing beach tide gates and staging high-water rescue vehicles, while boat owners secure vessels along the coast. Rain is expected to begin Friday night, with a very wet Saturday, especially Saturday night into the first part of Sunday. The storm's exact track and intensity will determine how hard the area is hit.
