Council committees meet tonight on data center zoning

The City Council Committee on Ordinances, Licenses and Legal Affairs, co-posted with the Committee of the Whole, meets tonight at 6 p.m. to discuss an ordinance amending the city's zoning relative to commercial data centers. The meeting is in the City Council Chambers, 93 Washington St., 2nd floor. In-person attendance is the primary way to take part, with remote access available through Zoom and possibly Salem Access Television.
