Roxbury school fundraising gap laid bare in BPS report

A new BPS report reveals stark inequity in private school fundraising. Higginson Lewis in Roxbury raised just $7,024 in 2024, while five schools, led by Boston Latin, raised over $100 million combined over the past decade. The report comes amid budget cuts and layoffs of more than 500 teachers.
