City Council committee to hear synthetic mitragynine ordinance

The City Council Committee on Government Operations holds a hearing at 2 p.m. today on an ordinance that would ban the sale and use of synthetic mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) in Boston.
