Mayor Michelle Wu and the Boston Public Health Commission awarded $3.3 million to 10 community health centers yesterday to prepare for federal Medicaid cuts that are expected to hit Roxbury and Dorchester hardest. Starting in October, new federal requirements could cause hundreds of thousands of Massachusetts residents to lose health coverage.
