City Proposes 5-Year, $993,000 Ground Lease to USPS on West Roxbury Land
The Public Facilities Commission posted notice Sept. 28 of a proposed five-year, $993,000 ground lease of vacant city land on unnumbered Railroad Street in West Roxbury to the U.S. Postal Service. The Mayor's Office of Housing would act as landlord through the commission. The commission meets virtually, and residents who want to participate must email PFC@boston.gov before the meeting begins at 10 a.m.
