Killam Elementary School Breaks Ground, New Website Launches

Town and school officials gathered at 333 Charles St. on Friday, Sept. 18, at 2 p.m. to mark the start of construction on the new J. Warren Killam Elementary School. The town also launched a project website, killamschool.com, with construction photos, Building Committee agendas, minutes, videos and project information, to be updated each month after the committee meets. The site was designed with the Killam School Building Committee, town staff and Select Board member Christopher Haley of Intellibeam, who provided the work at no cost to the town and Reading Public Schools.
