CPDC approves 281 Main Street mixed-use project

The Community Planning and Development Commission on September 14 approved the site plan review, special permit, and commercial-space waiver for a four-story mixed-use building at 281 Main Street. The project includes 24 rental units, three of them deed-restricted affordable, 3,683 square feet of commercial space, and 42 parking spaces. Commissioners added and refined conditions covering floor plans, commercial utility preparation, basement uses, landscaping, stormwater management, and MassDOT approvals.
