CPDC Public Hearing to Review Accessory Dwelling Unit Bylaw

The Community Planning and Development Commission opens a public hearing at 7:15 p.m. tonight on proposed zoning bylaw amendments covering protected accessory dwelling units, in advance of November 2026 Annual Town Meeting. The hybrid meeting starts at 7 p.m. in the Select Board Meeting Room at Town Hall, 16 Lowell Street, with remote access by Zoom. The commission also continues its public hearing on the site plan review and special permit application for a mixed-use project at 281 Main Street.
