Rubato Plans Dinner Service Starting October 9

Rubato, the popular Hong Kong-style café in Quincy, will begin serving dinner October 9 by popular demand, chef and owner Laurence Louie told The Patriot Ledger. The restaurant will be open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday and closed Mondays and Tuesdays, with the menu set to expand the following month. Louie has competed on "Top Chef," was a James Beard Award semifinalist and won on "Chopped."
