Judge still weighing challenge to mayor's pay raise
A Norfolk Superior Court judge heard arguments Sept. 18 in Dedham over a challenge backed by more than 1,200 petition signatures to Mayor Tom Koch's self-ordered $126,000 raise. The hearing covered how the plaintiffs and the city each want the case resolved, and may have been the last one in the dispute. As of Sept. 21, the judge had taken the matter under advisement.
