Quincy Legacy Business Program nominations close today
Today, Sept. 21, is the last day the city's Department of Business and Government Relations will accept nominations for its Legacy Business Program, which recognizes independent businesses operating in Quincy for more than 25 years. Qualifying businesses cannot be part of a national or regional chain or franchise, and they can nominate themselves or be nominated by friends, family and customers. Those honored will be listed in an official city registry and featured in marketing promotions highlighting their value to the community.
