Third man charged in July 4 killing of Cambridge DPW worker

Moises Pimentel, 23, of Boston, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of first-degree murder in the July 4 killing of Cambridge DPW worker Xavier Bautista. He pleaded not guilty and was ordered held without bail; his next hearing is Oct. 22. Pimentel is the third suspect charged in the case, following Giovani Arroyo and Rayquon Brown.
