City Releases Q2 2026 Development Log: $2.6B in Projects

The Community Development Department released its Q2 2026 Development Log on Aug. 4, tracking 75 residential and commercial projects totaling 16.9 million square feet and more than $2.6 billion in construction. The projects include over 7,400 housing units, of which more than 1,200 are affordable. An accompanying dashboard lets residents map project locations, browse by neighborhood, search by address, use and status, and see the affordable and market-rate units and permitted parking spaces for each development.
