Police seek e-scooter rider in child hit-and-run on Vassar St

Cambridge Police are asking the public to help identify an e-scooter rider who allegedly struck a 9-year-old child on Vassar Street before fleeing the scene. The child suffered serious injuries. Police describe the rider as a man with a man bun, a teal T-shirt, black shorts, and an apparent face tattoo, and ask anyone with information to contact the Traffic Unit at 617-349-3300.
