CPA Committee Takes FY27 Funding Comments
The Community Preservation Act Committee holds a virtual public hearing tonight, Monday, July 27, at 5:30 p.m. to receive public comment on FY27 funding allocation percentages. The city must allocate at least 10% of its annual CPA revenue to each of three categories — affordable housing, open space/recreation, and historic preservation — with the remaining share distributed among them. Members of the public can watch and participate through Teams via the link on the city's CPA page.
