Flood watch remains in effect for Plymouth

The National Weather Service has a flood watch in effect through 2 a.m. Tuesday and a coastal flood advisory through midnight Monday, warning of possible flooding in low-lying and flood-prone areas. Monday's forecast calls for showers and possible thunderstorms with patchy fog, a high near 64 and a northeast wind of 10 to 14 mph. New rainfall is expected to total a tenth to a quarter of an inch, with higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
