Federal drug agents arrested Gautier Frellin Troncoso of Methuen on Third Avenue near the Coca-Cola plant after he allegedly took a bag of cocaine and placed it in his Jeep Grand Cherokee. According to a DEA affidavit, a trucker carrying 33 kilos had been intercepted by a state trooper in Pennsylvania and was cooperating with agents when the handoff took place. Troncoso is charged with possession of more than 5 kilos with intent to distribute, in what appears to be one of the largest cocaine busts in Massachusetts in the past 10 years.
