Flood watch continues for Needham through early Tuesday

The National Weather Service continues a Flood Watch for Needham until 2 a.m. Tuesday, saying flooding caused by excessive rainfall remains possible. A Flood Warning issued Sunday expired at 9 p.m. that evening. The watch covers a wide area of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including Norfolk County communities.
