MBTA Suspends Needham Commuter Rail for Weekend Bridge Project

The MBTA is suspending Needham Line service from 11 p.m. Friday, September 18 through Sunday, September 20 to accommodate West Roxbury Bridge replacement work. Riders should plan on bus routes 35, 36, 37 or 59 during the shutdown. Separately on Friday, all Needham Line trains will terminate and originate at Forest Hills, with the Orange Line serving Ruggles and Back Bay.
