The Nahant Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Sept. 30 at 3 p.m. to consider a variance request for 29 Valley Road. The petition seeks to split the property into two lots, but one lot would be undersized at 9,485 square feet with only 74.5 feet of frontage, below town bylaws.
