Sunday Scoops to Mark Food Pantry's 30th Anniversary

Faith Evangelical Church and A Servant's Heart Food Pantry host their 16th annual Sunday Scoops giveaway Sunday, Sept. 20, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Dunton Park, 157 Franklin St., with free build-your-own ice cream sundaes for all. A short 3 p.m. ceremony will honor special guests and pantry volunteers, marking 30 years of the pantry serving Melrose neighbors. If it rains, ice cream will be served inside the church at 200 Franklin St., across from the park.
