Narcan Walk-In Training at the Library Today
Melrose Health and Human Services holds open office hours today from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the lower-level meeting room at Melrose Public Library, 69 W. Emerson St. Staff will show community members how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and how to administer naloxone (Narcan). The training takes five to 10 minutes, walk-ins are welcome, and participants leave with free Narcan and resources.
