Today Is Last Day to Register for Sept. 1 State Primary

Saturday, Aug. 22 is the final day to register to vote if you plan to participate in the Sept. 1 state primary. City Hall at 562 Main Street is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, and residents can also check their registration, view a sample ballot or enroll through the Secretary of the Commonwealth's website. Questions about the election, including the different ways to participate, can go to the Melrose elections office at 781-979-4125 or elections@cityofmelrose.org.
