State delegation enacts oversight law for home care industry

State Rep. Kate Lipper-Garabedian and State Sen. Jason Lewis announced that the Legislature has passed a law bringing oversight to Massachusetts' previously unregulated home care industry. The new law establishes a licensure process for home care agencies along with safety guidelines.
