Early voting for state primary begins Saturday, Aug. 22

The State Primary is Tuesday, Sept. 1, and Melrose voters can cast a ballot three ways: in-person early voting beginning Aug. 22, by mail, or in person on Election Day. All registered Melrose voters vote at Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School, 90 Melrose Street, where polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Elections Office has posted early voting hours and application and registration deadlines, and can be reached at 781-979-4125 or elections@cityofmelrose.org.
