Melrose Community Power Rates Set to Save on Winter Bills

From Aug. 1 through Jan. 31, 2027, Melrose Community Power aggregation rates run from 14.310 to 15.599 cents per kilowatt-hour. That keeps all of the aggregation's options below National Grid's basic service rate of 17.185 cents per kWh for the same period, meaning savings on winter electricity bills for participating households.
