Run Medford kicks off with Kids Fun Run at Hormel Stadium

Run Medford's fifth annual weekend opens Friday, Sept. 25, at 4:30 p.m. with a Kids Fun Run at the Dave McGillivray Track at Hormel Stadium, featuring age-based races of a quarter-mile, half-mile, three-quarter mile and one mile. The event is hosted by the Dave McGillivray Finish Strong Foundation and benefits school PTOs. Racing continues Saturday with 5K and 10K races; the 5K is named for Jerry Panarese, longtime director of Wakefield's Run of All Ages.
